1923年6月（大正12年） : 創業者、津上退助が東京本所大平町でゲージブロックの研究を始める

Research of block gauge was initiated at Honjo Ohira-cho in Tokyo.

1937年3月（昭和12年） : 新潟県長岡市に（株）津上製作所を設立。ゲージブロックの生産開始

Tsugami Mfg., Co., Ltd was established in Nagaoka, Niigata. Production of gauge block was started.

1939年6月（昭和14年） : 「L型ねじ切りフライス盤」T-TML500生産開始 : 「油圧式万能円筒研削盤」T-UG300生産開始

Production of L-type thread milling machine Model T-TML500 was started. Production of hydraulic universal cylindrical grinding machine Model T-UG300 was started.

1942年10月（昭和17年） : 津上精密工学工業（株）を設立、工場を長野県佐久市に建設 : これを1945年2月に吸収合併し信州工場とする

Tsugami Precision Engineering Industry Co., Ltd was established and the factory was constructed at Saku-shi.

Tsugami Precision Engineering Industry Co., Ltd was merged in February, 1945, and named as Shinshu Plant.

Prohibition of machine tool production was announced.

1946年6月（昭和21年） : 研削盤、転造盤、ミシンの生産を始める（工作機械製造禁止令発令）

Production of grinding machines, thread and form rolling machines, and sewing machines was started.

1949年5月（昭和24年） : 東京、大阪、新潟証券取引所に上場

Listed on Tokyo Stock Exchange, Osaka Securities Exchange, and Niigata Stock Exchange.

1957年11月（昭和32年） : T-7形「主軸移動型自動旋盤」を製造販売

Production and sale of sliding headstock type automatic lathe T-7 was started.

1968年4月（昭和43年） : 転造技術の研究と開発の成果に対して第14回大河内記念生産賞を受賞

The 14th Okochi Memorial Production Prize was awarded for excellent result of research and development of thread rolling technology.

1970年11月（昭和45年） : 社名を（株）津上に変更

Corporate name was changed to TSUGAMI CORPORATION.

1972年10月（昭和47年） : 歯車研削盤の研究と開発の成果に対し第2回大越記念賞を受賞

The 2nd Okoshi Memorial Prize was awarded for excellent result of research and development of gear grinding machine.

1973年9月（昭和48年） : リードターナ機構を装着した「くし刃型自動旋盤」VCL完成

Gang-tool type automatic lathe Model VCL installed with lead-turner function was completed.

1978年6月（昭和53年） : CNC複合自動旋盤「マーキュリーシリーズ」を開発、発売

CNC composite automatic lathe Mercury series was developed and its sale was started.

1982年3月（昭和57年） : CNC精密自動旋盤PAN1が第12回中小企業向自動化機械開発賞を受賞

CNC precision automatic lathe "PAN1" was awarded the 12th Automation Machinery Prize for small and medium-sized enterprises.

1982年10月（昭和57年） : 社名を（株）ツガミに変更

1984年3月（昭和59年） : 「マシニングセンタ」MA3が第14回中小企業向自動化機械開発賞を受賞

Machining Center "MA3" was awarded the 14th Automation Machinery Prize for small and medium sized enterprises.

1989年11月（平成元年） : TSUGAMI(THAI)CO.,LTD.を設立

TSUGAMI(THAI)CO.,LTD. was established.

1992年7月（平成4年） : 「CNC精密自動旋盤」S20シリーズが第22回機械工学デザイン賞を受賞

CNC precision automatic lathe S20 series was awarded the 22nd Machine Design Award.

1993年3月（平成5年） : 「CNC自動旋盤」S20シリーズが第23回中小企業向自動化機械開発賞を受賞

CNC precision automatic lathe S20 series was awarded the 23rd Automation Machinery Prize for small and medium sized enterprises.

1994年5月（平成6年） : 計量法トレサビリティ制度に基づく端度器（ゲージブロック）の校正認定事業者として子会社（株）ツガミプレシジョンが認定取得

Subsidiary Tsugami Precision Co., Ltd. obtained the authorization as authorized proofreading enterprise of block gauge on measuring method Traceability System.

1999年1月（平成11年） : 信州工場、品質マネジメントシステム ISO-9001取得

Quality Control Management System ISO 9001 was awarded to Shinshu Factory.

1999年2月（平成11年） : 長岡工場、品質マネジメントシステム ISO-9001取得

Quality Control Management System ISO 9001 was awarded to Nagaoka Factory.

2000年10月（平成12年） : 長岡工場に自動旋盤用組立工場完成

New plant to assemble automatic lathes in Nagaoka Factory was completed.

2000年11月（平成12年） : 長岡工場、環境マネジメントシステム ISO-14001取得

Environment Management System ISO 14001 was awarded to Nagaoka Factory.

2001年7月（平成13年） : 長岡工場に研削盤用組立工場完成

New plant to assemble grinding machines in Nagaoka Factory was completed.

2003年9月（平成15年） : 津上精密机床（浙江）有限公司を設立

Precision Tsugami (China) Corporation was established.

2005年11月（平成17年） : 長岡工場及び信州工場の新工場棟完成

New plants to assemble machines in Nagaoka factory and Shinshu factory were completed.

2007年11月（平成19年） : TSUGAMI GmbH を設立（現TSUGAMI EUROPE GmbH）

TSUGAMI GmbHが設立されました。（現在はTSUGAMI EUROPE GmbHです）

2010年2月（平成22年） : TSUGAMI KOREA CO., LTD.を設立

TSUGAMI KOREA CO., LTD. was established.

2010年11月（平成22年） : 浙江品川精密機械有限公司を設立

Shinagawa Precision Machinery (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. was established.

2011年4月（平成23年） : TSUGAMI PRECISION ENGINEERING INDIA PRIVATE LIMITEDを設立

TSUGAMI PRECISION ENGINEERING INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED was established.

2011年12月（平成23年） : 津上精密机床（浙江）有限公司、品質マネジメントシステムISO-9001取得 : 津上精密机床（浙江）有限公司、環境マネジメントシステムISO-14001取得

Quality Control Management System ISO 9001 and Environment Management System ISO 14001 were awarded to Precision Tsugami (China) Corporation.

2012年3月（平成24年） : TSUGAMI Universal Pte. Ltd.を設立

TSUGAMI Universal Pte. Ltd. was established.

2013年7月（平成25年） : 津上精密機床（中國）有限公司を設立

Precision Tsugami (China) Corporation Limited was established.

2013年9月（平成25年） : 津上精密機床（香港）有限公司を設立

Precision Tsugami (Hong Kong) Limited was established.

2017年9月（平成29年） : 津上精密機床（中國）有限公司が香港証券取引所メインボード市場に上場

Precision Tsugami (China) Corporation Limited was listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

2018年4月（平成30年） : 安徽津上精密机床有限公司を設立

Precision Tsugami (Anhui) Corporation was established.

2021年10月（令和3年） : 中津精密机床（浙江）有限公司 を設立

Precision Nakatsu (China) Corporation was established.

2022年4月（令和4年） : 東京証券取引所の市場区分の見直しにより、東京証券取引所の市場第一部からプライム市場に移行

Transferred from the First Section to the Prime Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange following a review of the market classification.

2023年7月（令和5年） : TSUGAMI UNIVERSAL SDN.BHD.を設立

TSUGAMI UNIVERSAL SDN.BHD. was established.

2023年10月（令和5年） : TSUGAMI VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITEDを設立

TSUGAMI VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED was established.

2024年4月（令和6年） : TSUGAMI PRECISION ENGINEERING INDIA PRIVATE LIMITEDの鋳物工場が稼働

Foundry in TSUGAMI PRECISION ENGINEERING INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED began operating.

2024年10月（令和6年） : 津上精密机床（浙江）有限公司が中津精密机床（浙江）有限公司を吸収合併

Precision Tsugami (China) Corporation merged with and absorbed Precision Nakatsu (China) Corporation.

2025年12月（令和7年） : TSUGAMI PRECISION ENGINEERING INDIA PRIVATE LIMITEDの新工場が完成

New plant in TSUGAMI PRECISION ENGINEERING INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED was completed.
