A system operated by an email delivery service provider was accessed without authorization by a third party, resulting in the leak of 88,107 email addresses belonging to customers who had registered an account with Hachijuni Nagano Bank on Wallet+. No unauthorized access to Wallet+ itself has been confirmed, and the leaked information did not include names, account information, passwords, or other such data. iBank Inc. is contacting affected customers individually and urging them to be cautious of suspicious emails and text messages.
