Ingasco was established by the Gutiérrez family.
The manufacturing division was established in 1952.
LNOA 25 began commercial operation in San Simon.
A joint venture between Ingasco and Japan Oxygen Co., Ltd. began.
The hydrogen plant began commercial operation in San Simon, Panpanga State. The company obtained its first ISO 9000 certification.

TNSPI operated the MMG8600 air separation plant (ASP) facility in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental, expanding operations in northern Mindanao. Ingasco established a new wholly‑owned subsidiary, Daikyo Nippon Sanko Clark Co., Ltd. (TNSCI), to construct a large and state‑of‑the‑art air separation plant in Clark Field, Pangasinan.

Daikyo Nippon Sanko Co., Ltd. (TNSC) transitioned to a holding company structure and became Japan Oxygen Holdings Co., Ltd.
