History
Founded in 1946, Unytite Corporation has grown from a specialized manufacturer of large hot-forged bolts for the shipbuilding industry, into a global leader in precision fastening solutions.
Unytite, Inc., was incorporated in Peru, Illinois.
Established in 1986, Unytite, Inc., operates from a modern 200,000 sq. ft. facility in Peru, Illinois, just 90 miles west of Chicago.
Established in 2005, Foshan Unytite Precision Corporation (FUP) was our first company located in China. Initially starting with the production of forging dies, it has now expanded to conduct machining on forged parts.
Foshan Unytite Forging Corporation (FUF), established in 2010, has the cold-forming abilities necessary to supply parts to the automotive and construction industries.
Founded in 2011, Suzhou Unytite Precision Co., Ltd. (SUP) functions as a warehouse and operates a supply system that supports the manufacturers of heavy machinery, construction equipment, and machine tools.
To increase our capabilities, we constructed a new facility in LaSalle, Illinois, in 2015 for the dedicated production of hot-formed nuts.
