Emperor's Cup All Japan Softball Baseball Tournament Yamanosh City Qualifier Results
On May 31, 2026, at the Yamanosh City qualifier, Mitsui Metal Hibi defeated Koki Chemical Okayama 5-3 in the first round and won 11-5 against Mitsui E&S Yamanosh in the final, securing the Yamanosh City representative spot. The Okayama Prefecture tournament is scheduled for June 27 at the Mabiki General Park Baseball Stadium, with NTN Okayama as the opponent.

2025 Hibi Corporate Group Sports Festival Held
On March 13, 2026, the second sports festival was held at the Tamano City General Gymnasium, with 197 people participating, including employees of partner companies. Physical fitness tests were also conducted alongside the sports festival, and participants enjoyed the competitions and tests. Hibi Corporate Group says it will continue organizing a variety of events to improve employee job satisfaction.

Announcement of Official Characters at Hibi Refinery and Tamano Refinery
At Hibi Refinery and Tamano Refinery, official characters named Anodion and the Copper Refining Team TAMANO-P Ranger have been introduced. Anodion is a fairy born from an anode, loves Tamano's sea and nature, and cannot stop talking about copper refining. The Copper Refining Team TAMANO-P Ranger consists of Hibi Seirenja, Tamano Yorenja, and Tamano Denrenja, who work as heroes delivering high-quality copper to the world.
Hibi Kyodo Smelting Participates in Refresh Setouchi at Shibukawa Beach
On Sunday, July 6, 2025, approximately 100 people, including Hibi Kyodo Smelting employees and their families, participated in Refresh Setouchi at Shibukawa Beach. The company stated that it will continue to cherish nature together with the local community and work toward a happier planet.
