1933-08 創業者 山本重雄が4名の共同経営で日本コンデンサ製作所を設立し、ラジオ用コンデンサの製造を行う。
1939-03 独立し個人経営の「指月製作所」を設立し、電気炉用、レントゲン用のオイルコンデンサの開発に成功（国内初）、製造を開始する。
1939-03-10 創業
1939-03-10 昭和14年（1939年）3月10日に創業
1939-10 油充填式コンデンサを開発する。
1939-12 株式会社に改組し「指月電気工業株式会社」とする。電力会社納めの低圧進相コンデンサ（油入タイプ）の生産で頭角を現す。
1945-08 戦災により工場を焼失し、事業休止。
1947-09 「株式会社指月電機製作所」として再発足。
1947-09-01 設立
1947-09-01 昭和22年（1947年）9月1日に設立
1948 ラジオ用チューブラコンデンサの量産化を開始する。
1950-12 高圧進相コンデンサの生産を開始する。
1951-11 戦後の日本商品の品質向上政策から生まれたJIS制度（1949年発足）の普及期に、コンデンサのトップランナーとして「低圧進相コンデンサ」のJIS表示許可工場の認定を受ける。
1955-10 金属化紙（MP）製造からMPコンデンサ製造までの一貫生産体制確立（国内メーカ初）。
1955-11 「JIS表示許可工場の品質管理の優秀企業を表彰する制度」がスタートした2年目の全国表彰で工業技術院長賞（12社）を受賞。
1956-01 MPコンデンサ紙の蒸着工程からの一貫作業を開始する。
