Tokai Electric Construction Co., Ltd. (Headquarters in Osaka City) is a subsidiary that started electrical equipment design sales as Toei Electric Industry Co., Ltd. in Hashima, Kurashiki City, with a capital of 3 million yen.
Increase capital to 10 million yen.
Change the company name to Tokai Electric Co., Ltd., separate from Tokai Electric Construction Co., Ltd. (Headquarters in Osaka City), and start sales of electrical construction division, and register the headquarters and branch offices in Osaka, Niigata, Okayama, and Tamashima, expanding the scale.
