特定建設業（機械器具設置工事業）の東京都知事許可を取得。EP補修業務及びアコースティックグラニュレーターの供給業務を開始。

PIM obtains Special Construction Business License from the Governor of Tokyo. PIM launches services to repair EP and supply acoustic granulators.

TECとの間で「検査業務請負に関する基本契約書」を締結。ポリプラスティック（株）の工場の定期点検、検査業務を開始。

The Master Agreement of Inspection Contract Work between PIM and TOYO is concluded. Inspection services and periodic checkups for Polyplastics Co., Ltd. are launched.

本社を千葉県船橋市本町へ移転。一般建設業（機械器具設置業）の千葉県知事許可を取得。

Head Office starts operating in Funabashi, Chiba. PIM obtains an Ordinary Construction Business License (Machinery, equipment, and facility business) from the Governor of Chiba Prefecture.

2代目社長に高柳 正彦就任。

Masahiko Takayanagi is appointed as PIM’s second president.

TECのBTBへの移転に伴い当社の検査部もBTBへ移転。日本リーバ（株）の宇都宮工場の保全業務開始。

PIM inspection department begins operating in TOYO Engineering head office. Maintenance business for Unilever Japan Utsunomiya factory is launched.

TECの韓国調達品の検査に本格的取り組みを開始。国内のエチレンプラントほかの工事検査業務がピーク。

Inspections of Korean procurement goods of TOYO starts PIM’s primary activity. Construction QC service for domestic ethylene plant is a huge success.

創立10周年記念テレホンカード作成。ISOに準拠した品質管理業務への取り組み開始。

PIM 10th anniversary gifts (prepaid phone cards) are given away. ISO-standard-based Quality Control Service is launched.

3代目社長に北村 康雄就任。バリデーション部を新設し医薬施設のバリデーション業務を開始。

Yasuo Kitamura is appointed as PIM’s third president. PIM launches operations of Pharmaceutical Validation department.

長期的な不況に対応してシステム部、プロジェクト部他を新設した大幅組織改正を実施。海外検査会社の検査代行業務を本格的に開始。

PIM executes significant organizational changes and establishes new System administration department and Project management department to counter long-term slump. Inspection and expediting services on behalf of overseas inspection company are launched.

一般労働者派遣事業の許可証（厚生大臣発行）を取得。TECの検査要員の引き上げを実施。

PIM obtains General Worker Dispatching Undertaking License from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare. Resident inspection staff disengage from the TOYO office in line with TOYO’s medium-term management plan.

神戸フィッシュミール工場の運転管理及び工場設備一式の保全業務を受注。

4代目社長に北園 亜男就任。

Tsuguo Kitazono is appointed as PIM’s fourth president.

株主構成が大幅に変更。TECの持株比率が60%から5%、NDICが40%から95%に変わり、実質NDIC子会社となる。役員改選を実施。

Shareholder distribution is changed (TOYO 60% → 5%, NDIC 40% → 95%). NDIC becomes a de-facto mother body.

5代目社長に松浦 隆就任。海外検査会社検査代行でSGS Koreaと契約。

Takashi Matsuura is appointed as PIM’s fifth president. PIM executes agreement with Korean inspection company “SGS Korea”.

ISO9001:2000の要求事項に基づき品質マネジメントシステムを発表。

PIM establishes “Quality Management System” based on requirements of ISO9001:2000.

日揮グループからの人材派遣型業務の受注開始。

PIM launches engineer dispatch service for JGC Group.

ホームページを全面的に見直し・改定。日揮工事を経由し信越化学の米国工場建設現場への工事管理要員派遣開始。

Company website is updated. PIM starts dispatching construction supervisors to ShinEtsu USA.

有料職業紹介業の厚生労働大臣許可証を取得。信越化学の米国工場建設現場への工事管理要員派遣を再開。

東北発電工業㈱東北支社への派遣業務の受注開始。東日本大震災発生。

PIM starts dispatching engineers for Tohoku Electric Power, Tohoku branch.

PIM acquire ISO9001: 2008 certification.

ISO9001:2008認証取得。

TECインドネシア法人、IKPTよりプラント建設の配管工事にかかる品質管理業務の引き合いを受注。海外工事支援要請を受ける。

PIMはTOYOインドネシアの工場建設のための配管QC作業契約を受ける。

6代目社長に宮東 朝男就任。日立製作所から海外発注品の納期管理、品質管理業務を受注。東芝より韓国の立会い検査、米国原子力建設関連業務、インドネシアの工場製作品管理業務を受注。

Asao Kuto is appointed as PIM’s sixth president.

PIM receives lump sum assignment from Hitachi. (QC and delivery control of overseas products.)

PIMは東芝からの受注を受ける。（韓国での検査作業、米国での原子力発電所建設、インドネシアでの商品管理）

TECよりAPOの国内業務、工程管理、納期管理、品質管理を受注。日立製作所より海外JOBのAPO検査を受注。東芝より米国原発建設工事現地への品質管理業務派遣依頼を受け派遣業務を開始。

PIM is assigned four kinds of business (coordination, expediting, delivery control and QC) by TOYO.

PIM receive assignments from Hitachi and TOSHIBA on continuous basis.

TEC Project Services Corporation became a shareholder.

株主が東洋エンジニアリング株式会社からテックプロジェクトサービス株式会社に変更。資本金を2,500万円から4,540万円に増資。
